I replaced some aging pads on my BB7s. I ibviously screwed up the install, because when on the trail yesterday, both the front and rear lost one of the pads. Can't figure out what I did wrong. Pads were installed the correct direction and the "pad sandwich" audibly snapped into place. Any ideas?
