I'm thinking you could have sensors on all four corners of the computer and an algorithm that applied the actual bike speed and determined the actual direction and strength of the wind as well as the effective direction and strength in combination with the motion of the bike.
It's easy to mount an anemometer on a bike. It's hard to mount an anemometer that will tell you air speed and yaw angle with reasonable precision, though that obviously depends on what you mean by "reasonable precision."
