59mm trail is considered perfectly fine. A little more nimble and a little less stable, but no big deal.

Other things I'd consider though, the carbon fork will drop the front a whole inch. Will that be OK for your riding position? Your top tube angle will drop and that may or may not look good to you. Your bottom bracket will be lower as well. Not the whole inch, but it wil increase the possibility of a pedal strike.

Edit: Seat tube angle would get a little steeper too.

Thanks. Math has never been my strong suit. I like the way bike handles so I'll stick with the stock fork. Don't need an upgrade but just wanted to see if the one I had laying around would work. Sounds like it would change too many characteristics
