That looks to be in about as good a condition as a bike that has been ridden can be. Like others have said it's impossible to tell just by looking if someone used a torque wrench on all the carbon bits.

That bike is last generation Sram Red which was only around for 2-ish years. From what I understand some bits are 11 speed compatible and some are not. Definitely not the latest and greatest component-wise.

I'd personally look for something new with 11 speed Ultegra (6800).
