Picked up a bianchi equinox (cross bike with tange prestige tubing and suntour xc pro gruppo). One of the dust caps is stuck fast and nicely rounded out as well. I hit it with WD40 and I'll let it soak overnight but it will look just as ugly tomorrow as it did tonight. It isn't going to come out with a hex key.

What is the best way to get that sucker out?
