Batavus is a well-known bike manufacturer here in The Netherlands, one of the top-tier brands. I've never seen the aristocrat model, but I'm sure it's a special US import rebrand (for Scheuer). I'm pretty sure though that I've seen the Dutch market variety riding around, so I might be able to pinpoint the rough date of production and what parts are missing or non OEM.

Replacement parts should be not too hard to find, Batavus adheres largely to standard threadings etc.

Here in C&V we mostly fly by pictures, so if you could upload some pictures of the bike (a full drive side shot and pictures of the parts you have questions about).
