You could bring a cheap, plastic tarp and some bungees with you, or store them at work, and cover your bike. You can check my location to see how much practical experience I have with snow and bike commuting but I would try it.

My other thought would be to erect (or see if the company would erect) some kind of permanent cover for the racks, but you would still probably need a tarp.
