these are some of the reasons why i'm thinking of going the folder route. store it under your desk. the management for my building, for example, initially told me i could bring my bike inside. cool. then they said i'd have to use the service elevator, which has limited hours. Less cool, but still worth it. Now they say they can't allow bikes inside due to the damage it would cause to the building (?), but i can lock it outside. have you guys been to newark, nj?? that's where i work. leaving it outside would mean it's stolen in 5 mintues.
