I think those are the sphinx or "endurance" bars they make, come stock on a few bikes. I borrowed a set and absolutely hated them lol. They are nice for the longer efforts you want to sit up from time to time, but yanking on the drops the flex way to much. For something like a madison or long fast scratch they would be decent, especially if you dont get out of the saddle much.
