that is because your PX-10 comes stock with a Juy pillar which does not run true to nominal.

actual size is likely 26.6.
But the point is, Catnap's measurement of the seat post diameter tells us nothing beyond the seat post diameter.

I have a Jeunet that takes a 26.2 and an Astra that takes 26.4. Both are French bikes made from butted Reynolds tubing. Based on the seat post size, we cannot conclude anything about the tubing.
