Have them altered. A pair of darts in the back, centered over the pockets, is easy, and pretty unnoticeable. If you have money, or someone who will sew for you, you can have them made. Transferring the shapping into the yoke (the piece just below the waistband on a pair of jeans) is an easy pattern manipulation. (I did it for the jeans I make for myself, though not that much shaping.)
