what hs is that? the upper stack looks small in the foto but it may be just a photographic effect.
are those yoshi skewers you have in there?
frame looks like a production build with the spot welded chainstay stop of stamped sheet and the apparently crimped seatstay tops. if benelux, i would expect her to be all iso; is that correct?
