He! I can measure it 3 or 4 different ways, but it means taking a wheel apart first or at least removing the tire without having ordered the spokes I want to rebuild it with. During the subsequent time I won't have a functional wheel unless I re-string it just to de-string it again. On the other hand, if could make time stand still or just order up a few spare days...
