I'd pull the tire, measure the circumference and divide by pi, then across the BSD 3 times, and take a weighted average based on what the perceived accuracy is. I bet you would get it within 2mm, which would give you the right spoke length within 1mm, and that's an acceptable tolerance for spoke length. Alternatively, pull a spoke out.
