I hate mudguards/fendors.

They'reugly. But I also live & commute in the UK - so reality bites pretty hard :-(

If I can stick one one only when needed then get that ugly piece of junk off my lovely bike when I don't then I will have reduced reality to a thing that bites much more softly :-)

Has anyone tried any of these on their Dahon? In particular their Mu Uno? Hard to tell if they're compatible or which would best given the nature of my bike frame.

re: saving my ass - that last one wouldn't really protect the back of my frame much. I'm just as concerned about the water and grit splashing up against my bike as I am about the water and grit hitting me hitting me.
