Its a low end fork .. I see .. There are 2 tabs, but 1 per leg, But there, mudguard stays can be fitted ..

not 2 on the left leg for a disc brake ... though the casting has the clearance cast in the disc .. but no mount for the disc ..

I have used the 5mm threaded holes on the forks Trek used on their comfort bikes and bent the mudguard struts at a 90 degree bend
to use them . those forks lacked the lower tab to fit the struts on more simply ..

but post mounts are 6x1 thread and stick out more, an are beefier for the braking forces..



The Ouija board is not doing the job either. ..I think you need another squirrel cage to occupy your attention ..


the problem may be inscrutable , as there is no one on this forum working in that factory department ..
Look closer. It's hard to pick out due to the lighting on the photo, but I'm pretty sure there is a second mount down near the bottom. I'm sticking with my theory for now.
