Ok so I get that the ATOC has done a good job by attracting top pros for the best race in the US. I am thankful for that especially being from SoCal and have been able to see stages live. I am grateful.

Looking at the firepower of the world's top notch sprinters at ATOC makes me wonder. Would not a team or even a individual covet the Giro' Red Jersey over the ATOC's green? While I get that the sprinters would have a hard time with competing in both the Giro and the Tour but Super Mario did it. Is the Cav not capable to win in both Italy and France? I think he is likewise Sagan.

I can understand some GC guys not trying for both in the post Armstrong era but beside the drugs the big knock on Lance was he never tried to win both like Big Mig, The Pirate and the Cannibal. The greats try to win both.

Maybe its just me but I think the Giro is bigger than ATOC
