Guys
I think I fixed it! I took it all apart again and rebuilt it. I think the problem was the big spacer between the sprocket and the hub- I may have been fitting it on the wrong side of the sprocket. Anyway, the hub is rebuilt and now back on the wheel. Need to fit it to the bike and try it.
