Yeah, it's all residential, downtown or a MUP for me, with the exception of maybe half a mile, out of 13. But that's within a mile of the big community college, several large bus stops(5+routes), near a large park, public hospital, a huge homeless shelter, and the speed limit is 30. So lots of pedestrians obscuring traffic and bicycles aren't uncommon.

I started commuting in Januray, none yet.
