Plan for the summer critique

I am training right now around 12-15 hours a week. I ride 6 days a week generally, and I do run 3 days a week because I do some running races on the side. but this summer once school lets out, i dont have any real obligations. besides a family trip for a week, i have all summer to myself. I am planning on holding a steady 25-30 hours a week. i just want to train and improve a lot.

I'd bump up my frequency to probably 10 rides a week (3 days of doubles). I'd have one long day and one day of speed/hills (just a really hard effort a few times be it speed or hills) and everything else would be easy riding in zone 2

does this sound like a good plan? It'd be for 9 weeks (8 because of vacation) until school comes back in
