Problem is that I haven't found any really good Thai crab cakes since eating off the street vendors in Bangkok back in the '80s. I probably would have to learn how to make them myself.
Have you found any pre-packaged commercial crab cakes in the stores that you like? If so, what brands? The ones they make at the local store delis ain't cuttin' it.
These ones I get at Walmart are actually better than the deli made ones around here (They make some kinda decent lobster ones too) but if I could find even better ones I'd buy 'em.
