Here is a Campy 13-26 8 speed cassette:

Campagnolo Record 8 Speed Cassette ALL Sizes | eBay

Mate this with one of the 32 cogs in the other auction and you're done. You'll have a 13-32 cassette.

Obviously you have to pull one of the cogs out of the 8-speed cassette. Since all of the cogs are loose, and all of the spacers are the same, this is a simple task.

BTW: A couple of my bikes run Campy 8-speed shifters. Most of the time I run these with Shimano wheels with Shimano 8-speed cassettes. The spacing is close enough.
