Does it have different-sized wheels? Looks like it does. You may get some grief over that in sanctioned races. I'm pretty sure there's a UCI rule requiring both wheels to be the same size - but USA Cycling doesn't enforce UCI rules except for national-level events. If you're worried, and doing USA Cycling-sanctioned races, you might want to post over on the racing forum (the 33) and ask.

Oh and what's "can't tremendous"? You post that from a device with tiny keys and auto spelling correct?
