I have zero complaints about London. Eighty degrees and sunny today. We walked all over & saw tons of stuff. Made me a little sad, though, when I saw all the happy cyclists in Regency Park this am.
Tried to decide the one best pic to show y'all and settled on this from a huge Assyrian frieze in the British Musuem. The subject was lion hunting and apparantly lions were to the ancient Assyrians as coyotes are to current day SoCalifornians- ie they were seriously abundant pests. I had no idea how many contorted body positions a dying lion could assume. This one is both vomiting blood and has blood spewing from his flank.
