Hey AC has always had supported events, just not the Xcountry one. I find it ironic that we always tell people that 'Touring is what you make it', and just because Fully Supported Touring isn't ones cup of tea doesn't mean that it's not touring, or that it's wrong. AC is a company, and they will fill a need. Now, there are a lot of other companies providing fully supported tours, and I don't think that AC is going to move away from their roots, but they wouldn't be offering it if they hadn't had a demand for it.

I plan on using their UnSupported tour in the future, but for those that want to enjoy the comfort of a warm soft bed, a hot shower and a hot meal they didn't fix each night, great. I know a lot more people that would consider touring if it didn't mean that they had to haul all their belongings with them like, and let them cover more miles and have an easier time of it.

Just my humble opinion, now back to your regularly scheduled madness....
