Just wanted to say "Hello, Everyone!" I'm a fairly regular bike commuter (April-November) and recently changed offices and tripled my commute. Now that I'm riding on the street about 65% of my commute (as opposed to the paved trail portion, thank you Mount Vernon), I thought I'd swing by the forum to get some pointers on how not to get killed, how not to p*** off drivers, and how to pick out a speedier bike (I'm pedaling my butt off on my Trek Allant and still average only 12mph).
