To my knowledge these are nearly impossible to find these days (as I'm sure you know). The next best option is to find quality commercial 6mm stainless washers. The OD will probably be too large, so you can mount on a 6mm cap screw and trap it with a nut to make an arbor, and spin grind the OD to size -- chuck arbor in power drill and spin while grinding on a bench grinder.

If the washers are too thin to reach the lip, than they can be used in pairs.
