Yep, as long as you're not in erg mode on a Kickr or computrainer, you can ride freely on any of our workouts. I would recommend using the workout builder to make a flat/simple workout to your desired length and riding on that. This way, you don't have the distraction of intervals going by or the on-screen feedback that our workouts give you.
