Do be careful though you can over eat just as easy, but the full feeling will help prevent this.
Be sure to try lots of new recipes, and don't be afraid of weird combinations in recipes, most work and make things delicious.
The hardest part for my wife and I, is there are no vegan restaurants in the area, but this save money I guess.
Good luck, and have fun explaining to people, "no I don't eat that", "yes I eat enough protein".

thanks. I've been on and off this way of eating for a couple of years. I just can't keep to it precisely because of the eating out part. but at home I am totally compliant.
