Not the best images to completely date the frame, best indicator is the stamped COLNAGO on the chainstays. I agree, about 1982 at this point.
Colnago went through a dry period of big championships or records from 1972 to Saronni's World Title. This frame is before that.
The frame set could garner $400, maybe a bit more if it shows really well with better images when apart.

There is value to the parts but as an assembly, a real mis-mash.
