I have been driving to my second job but got to thinking...why not ride there too? The only reason is I wasn't sure if it was safe biking at 10-11:00 at night. Especially on Friday nights.

Do you think it's unsafe riding (in light traffic) on Friday nights? Right now, I commute to work in the dark and ride home in the dark (leave my day job sometimes around 7:30pm).

Of course, I have headlights (dual) and rear blinkers (3) and reflective tape (lots) and leg bands. Just curious what you think.

hey,hey,hey,

Ithink if you live in the city you have more lighting and it is safer. I actually enjoy riding at night in the city, the night gives it a whole different look. In the rural areas you have to be carefull of the little critters that cross the roads. Could be nasty. As well as unsafe. I am very cautious on night rides in the country.
