I will keep looking, but if you can take a picture of your brake lever with the lever actuated so we can see the attachment point, I may have a suggestion.
Here are some photos. My thinking was to use this compact frame and without too much expense make it into a flat bar since I already have an '05 Allez. I also have a Sirrus Hybrid, but since this '02 hasn't sold - I'll make an upright.
