Some models have been through a design and testing that the US could only dream of. I can't expect you to understand it, as that would be too much, but I do give you the credit that you (the US system) to propose as a comparative alternative. Everything in this thread is how the US could get better, but there's an absolute dearth of information about what specific suggestions that anyone from the US has, that have been thoroughly tested.
