I can post pictures of the damage but on the left side of the bike where the left pedal is is where the car hit. so looking at the bike the middle where the pedal is where the crank is bolted to is kinda of pushed more to the right. its a slight bend. Not impossible. There is a frame builders forum on this site. Post pics of your bike and ask about how repairable the frame is and what that might run (plus you'll need a paint job). This will give you a point of reference for insurance claim.
Also if you post on the frame builders forum where you are located, they will give you an idea of who is in your area that can do this kind of work.
