Not impossible. There is a frame builders forum on this site. Post pics of your bike and ask about how repairable the frame is and what that might run (plus you'll need a paint job). This will give you a point of reference for insurance claim.

Also if you post on the frame builders forum where you are located, they will give you an idea of who is in your area that can do this kind of work.
