On the subject of beverages of choice, stouts and porters for me, if you can see thru it NO THANKS. The IPAs etc leave me wondering why I wasted my time drinking them.

I'm so lucky to have never (yet) overcome such setbacks in my personal health. Hats off to you bud. My only mentionable personal achievement outside of a few, mostly flat, century rides is when I stopped smoking in my late 20s and started riding......Pales in comparison. My hat's off to you bud.
