If you really have a problem with something this new, the best thing to do is return it.

However, its worth checking a couple of things: Take the wheel off the bike and spin the axle between your fingers - can you hear any noise or feel any roughness in the bearings? Also spin the wheel whilst it is off the bike and listen for the noise again - is it due to something trapped inside the rim?
