So.....bringing up an old, unresolved topic....the 'funky' green that was used on the SC. I've been told that Deco Art in the UK makes these colors identical to the Raleigh original. They have licensed Deco Art Paint for America as well...sold at Joann's Fabric for one. On the Deco Art US color chart, 'antique green' looks like maybe a dead ringer for the 'funky' green touch up....anyone try this?
I'm going to check this out. Not for touchups (my SC is too far gone for that) but I'm toying with the idea of painting one of my rear racks green to go with it. I just googled the color chart, it's always a little hard to compare real life to computer screen color, but it looks
pretty close. An acrylic paint, though. Not sure if that would work very well long term.
