I've seen them used on a few different brands, but one that pops up in my foggy mind was a DeBernardi...I'm sure a lot of (mainly Italian) builders used them, but these came up when competition from Cinelli and Roto was still there plus new high-quality shells from Asia (like Hitachi) and even the US (Henry James) were competing, too.
