decent price assuming fit and everything works. Dont update anything (maybe the pedals and -kick stand). This looks like 8 speed, which means you'd have to swap almost everything to swap anything...on a 21 y.o. frame, it makes more sense to ride/keep this as a commuter and save for something more modern (the dropouts and seatstays have changed quite a bit since then)
