Vance, How long do you cook your ribs? (I know, off topic, but crucial questions!) I tried some in my new PBC this weekend and they feel off the hook. Could it be that the wattage supplied by the combustion in the bottom bracket was too much for the interaction between the frame hook and the meat? (Notice the sly the sprinting analogy hidden in that sentence).
