Am I correct to suspect that a Cinelli frame would cost lots more than what you might get selling the Frejus frame??...like at least hundreds of bucks more?
I think the Cinelli will always have more universal C&V "cachet" in the end. I'd go for it if you can afford the additional cash outlay to do it!
