Channel surfing yesterday. Not sure when this started, but store owner's are now being cited in Manhattan by traffic cops if a bike is locked up in front of their establishment.

Store owner got a ticket. Went to court and told them, the bike didn't belong to anyone who worked for her. The ticket wasn't dismissed but she's still it. I don't recall the amount. Days later, the bike was still there, so she was issued another ticket.

The saga continues..
