So I replaced both chains last night and I made the timing chain from two chains, same # of links as the old timing chain. When I installed, the chain is way to tight, even with the eccentric rotated to provide the most slack. Should I remove the timing chain and add 1 link? I am afraid to ride with that much tension applied to both bottom brackets. Has anyone run across this yet? Thanks
