wifey's shoulders would pop when she was pregnant but they became more stable some time after giving birth. I suspect physical therapy for that area will help strengthen / tighten the connective / supportive ligaments & muscles. it helped wifey. did all that coverage include some physical therapy sessions? you might be able to look up procedures on the internet and buy your own band or use an old tube
