my friend had one and loved it for awhile but as time went on it showed its weaknesses. Mainly our trail system was to aggressive for the small tires he could support on it and wasn't as comfortable for the longer road rides he does. He decided a dedicated mountain bike and a CX bike for his riding would better suit him so he sold his crosstrail. Great bike as long as it fits your riding intentions.
