2014 Rails-to-Trails Conservancy Greenway Sojourn Ride
Any BF members doing the ride this year? I'll be doing it and would enjoy meeting/riding with BF members who will be there.
Not looking forward to camping - at my advanced age and with one artificial knee that I can't kneel on, getting up and down from the ground is an adventure - but, thankfully, no one will see how funny it is. We will take the Auto Train from Florida to Virginia and then drive to Cumberland and park our cars for the five days and be bussed to Weirton, WV where we'll ride the Panhandle Trail, the Montour Trail and the GAP back to Cumberland.
Should be a great adventure!!! Five members of the Gainesville Cycling Club are going. (Gotta brag about GCC, we are leading the National Bike Challenge in total mileage for a club.)
