Interesting. I had to look it up cuz I *assumed* it was an older version of the 2.1 (which is currently on sale for $349 @ Perf Bike) but it appears to be more in line with the 1.x series currently offered by Fuji. (more like $500-$600)

I'd say it's probably worth the $400, assuming it's in great shape. If it's a little worn & might need some TLC, I'd push for $300.

It's got carbon forks (better than an absolute 2.1) but slightly lesser drivetrain components than the 1.4 (for example) so kinda' in-between the 2 & 1 series offered currently.

But if the price is right & you like it, I wouldn't hesitate. Fuji makes good bikes.
