Yes, time for new bearings. They will all be the same size. Campagnolo bearings are nice but the premium you will spend may just undo all your savings.
Grade 25 or better would be good. The Grade accounts for roundness. Allegedly, Campagnolo also matched theirs to uniform size in a pack, at this stage the price premium would be significant.
