@-holiday76 I thought you blocked me?

It seemed tougher the opposite way. I was glad to be going down the south-side descent of Palomares and not up it. Same with Calaveras. Calavares climb was never very steep the way I came, but the northbound ascent seemed quite steep, especially near the top. True?

Do you like to do a loop or out & back on that route? I was searching for North-South routes in the Southern part of the east bay and that seemed like one of the only options in the area. If you did a loop, what other roads are good for bringing you back to SJ?
