Did it say what it was locked to? Delivery bikes sometimes get ticketed for locking to trees, and rightfully so. I feel bad if it wasn't the owner's bike, but why the ticket in the first place?
I've heard people say not to lock to trees before, but I don't understand what the problem is with it. Care to share?
